How this Works
Design & Consultation
We develop your idea into a practical, manufacturable solution.
This stage can involve:
- Design consultation and technical advice
- Functional assessment
- Design-for-manufacture considerations
- CAD development
Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed before work begins.
Prototyping
(OPTIONAL)
Where required, prototype parts can be produced to validate fit, function, and performance.
This enables:
- Physical validation of the design
- Iterative refinement
- Real-world testing prior to finalisation
Prototyping is quoted separately depending on complexity and quantity.
Final Delivery
At completion, you receive:
- Editable CAD files (STEP)
- 3MF or STL for 3D printing
- Assembly-ready prototype components where applicable
Optional small-scale manufacture can be arranged, with preferential rates for designs developed through P3D Print.

Each project is quoted based on agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines prior to work commencing.
Clients must ensure they have the right to reproduce or modify any existing designs or components provided. P3D Print does not assume responsibility for third-party intellectual property.
If a request falls outside the technical scope of the service, this will be clarified at the quotation stage.
